Downtown Bike Rack

YOU can be a part of improving Celina’s downtown & make our community bike-friendly.  The market steering committee received permission from the County Commissioners & the City to install large, contemporary bike racks on county & city property.  Tri Star is custom manufacturing the bike racks for 3 downtown Main Street locations: the south municipal parking lot, Brew Nation & the Courthouse (west side).  This will allow residents & visitors to securely lock their bikes while they shop, dine, & explore the downtown, leaving sidewalks & business entrances unobstructed.

Bike racks along a town’s Main Street make a strong statement about a community’s commitment to the health of their residents & the environment.  Now that warmer weather is finally in the forecast, we invite you to get your bike out & appreciate having a safe place to lock it when you are downtown.

In 2020 and 2021, TriStar manufactured 3 fish-inspired bike racks for play areas around the lake and at Eastview Pond. TriStar also made donor plates for each bike rack to recognize the following groups that provided the funds for the bike racks:
